When I saw the scene of flaming demonstration where the local polices were striving to back off the participants fighting to abolish a tyrannical monster named “Extradition Bill”, I felt no surprise at the fact that the protests of Hong Kong people culminated to such extent. It is too obvious that Hong Kong people, who always take for granted freedom of speech, a high standard of life other developed countries have, capitalism economy giving Hong Kong wealth, and decent political system, hate the rules and systems of a country where the government is willing to torment the people and is dragging them into harsh poverty. Imagining a tragedy that an advanced city declines and becomes a village notorious for environmental pollution, corrupted politics, and expanding economic inequality, the fight-or-die situation Hong Kong people are in is fully comprehensible. But, please think about the future of the past British city. This time, the trigger of demonstrations was extradition bill. After the end of a series of the demonstrations, do you think the strife between Hong Kong and the mainland China is going to be over? As long as people in Hong Kong never surrender their freedom and identity as one of the most developed city around the world, and as long as the mainland government never ceases the attempt absorbing Hong Kong into itself completely, further conflicts are easily predicted.
To root such conflicts and strife, what do you think is the best way for Hong Kong?

Who wants to be combined or get united into countries where Google, Wikipedia, Twitter, and YouTube aren’t available. Although China has some social networking services complementing the functions those banned services above provide with, the available networking services are under the control of censorship. But if you can enjoy talking with girls through Chinese networking services while the government is observing the affectionate conversations, I think you sort of suits the mainland society.
2.2. Its literally deadly harsh treatment to the people
China is notorious for the oppression on the freedom of speech. Which means, if you are a citizen of China, you can’t even gently tell the government about what is bad in its policies and how to improve the political situation and social system.
And this is not all. Nowadays, the central government focuses on the prevention of environmental pollution and the country, as well as other European countries, tries to introduce electric vehicles and stimulate the markets of eco-friendly vehicles like EVs and HEVs. However, here is the thing that the local governments are concerned about their economic wealth. Which is why the local governments are reluctant to follow the rules set by the central government in favor of protecting environment.
As a result of the disharmonizing environmental policies between the central and the local, China is still known as one of the countries where polluted air torments the local people. If you care about your bodily health, it is smart to stay away from China.
2.3.Continuous intervention from Mainland China
In this time, the extradition bill was a trigger of the series of riot-like demonstrations. Thanks to a strenuous protest done by the local Hong Kong people against the government, the ferocious bill got suspended. Which means, the threats from the continental China still have the people immersed in long-lasting fear.
In 2014, there was a series of remarkably huge demonstrations, which was named “Umbrella Revolution”. What drove the participants of the demonstrations was a threat from the mainland, which is still trying to wreck the respectable political system of Hong Kong to take the international city into China itself.
Considering those above-mentioned crises the democracy in Hong Kong incurred, mainland China is expected to keep intervening Hong Kong. Which is the situation of Hong Kong people, which was not changed by the suspension of the extradition bill.

Now, it’s a good opportunity to join Commonwealth of Nations or United Kingdom. The reason is the unification of UK and Hong Kong solve the problems themselves have. The benefit Hong Kong can get is a strong military, political, and economic force owned by UK. If Hong Kong becomes one of the members of the Commonwealth, the safety of politics and democratic freedom will be ensured.
While the benefit United Kingdom can get is another economic engine generating money owned by Hong Kong. The position as an financial center Hong Kong presides is surely helpful UK, which is going to face an unprecedented situation full of possibilities to incur loads of tough problems.
Considering such an obscure and possibly dismal future of United Kingdom, its position as a leading country exceeding most of the developed ones is uncertain. However, by combining the wealth produced by Hong Kong, such a future can be prevented.
If things go well, United Kingdom can avoid a further disarray with an economic aid from Hong Kong. And the local people of Hong Kong can obtain the safety of peaceful society where they can enjoy the social networking services, freedom of speech, and a high standard of lives the people in developed countries take for granted.
